They pull their Cabernet from areas such as Costiere de Nimes, Coteau Varois, Oc, Saint-Guilhem, Grès, Saint Drézery, Muscat de Lunel, Languedoc, Pic St. Loup and Faugères. With Cabernet spread out across these sunny and Mediterranean climes, ripeness and aromatics are both in strong supply.
