When third generation vintner José Maria Vicente took over Casa Castillo it was mostly a rosemary plantation. Now it’s arguably the best winery in Spain’s burgeoning Jumilla region, where many heralded wines are coaxed out of old Garnacha and Monastrell
vines. Casa Castillo is their entry level staple, with Monastrell planted on crazy-pure gravel soils and the wine treated as if it were Chateauneuf-du-Pape.


So you guys know how we do things. Our everyday price on this Eric Solomon value is already at the lowest price in the US...but we love you guys and we just have to do more!
